According to the tradition, both conferences are planned as friendly meetings, with a good balance of science, tourism, socializing, and scientific collaboration. The registration fee depends on the conference choice and it is reduced if you participate to both events. The fee will cover the conference participation, the coffee breaks, the lunches, the conference dinner as well as the tourist program. You can optionally include an accompanying person expenses in your payment. To ensure inclusion of an accepted contribution into the proceedings volume, at least one of its authors must be registered for the corresponding conference, and the registration fee has to be paid. Please contact us if you have trouble with paying the registration fee by bank transfer.

The preferred option for the fee payment is the bank transfer. There are two transfer suboptions listed depending on your bank domiciliation. Please use SEPA suboption only if your bank is located in the Single Euro Payments Area (basically this means within E.U.) and can emit SEPA transfers. In all other cases, please use non-SEPA suboption.  A credit card payment gateway is provided using PayPal and, after the registration, you will receive the corresponding instructions (by choosing this option additional processing fees are applicable). The early registration deadline is 24/05/2018. After this date an additional handling fee of 50 euros will apply.
Unfortunately, paying on-site cannot be supported.
